How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All PRINTS AND ORIGINALS take 1-2 business days to process and anywhere from 1-6 business days to ship. 

CUSTOM works are subject to longer production time, as seen fit by the artist. Each work is carefully handcrafted by Rachel Madsen.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order status changes to "Ready to ship", you will receive a shipping notification via email, including the tracking number. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The buyer is responsible for extra charges, you can see more about that here.

We recommend buying with friends and family to save on extra costs!

We currently are unable to ship to Germany due to recent updates and additional requirements in their shipping regulations. We will update you via email if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter.

Our international shipping is subject to change due to our shipping partner, but we will always do our best to ship everywhere internationally!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If in the off chance your order arrives damaged, please contact me: hello@rachelmadsenstudio.com and we will work to get your order replaced! 

Do you offer returns/refunds?

During sitewide sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

As a small business, we cannot process any returns or cancellations, unless under extenuating circumstances - we know some things are out of your control. Please send an email to hello@rachelmadsenstudio.com and we can work together to figure out how to solve the issue that works for both of us!

Can I order a custom print size?

Absolutely! Send me an email at hello@rachelmadsenstudio.com with your requested size and we will work to find the size that best matches your needs. *Please note that the prices may increase due to custom sizing.

Do you offer gift cards and do they expire?

Yes, I offer gift cards! You can shop for them here. And no, they do not expire!
